Jane Gallucci’s experience for the last 12 years supervising the school district’s billion dollar budget has shown her how to ask the right questions and where to cut the fat!

Jane’s leadership ability was shown when she was the only person from the Pinellas County ever elected President of both the state and national school boards associations. There she worked to strengthen public education from Florida’s Capitol to the U.S. Capitol and the White House.

She also learned how to apply lessons learned in running a successful business that were first applied to government by President Ronald Reagan through his cabinet secretary Malcolm Baldridge. The Baldridge Quality Initiative has been used to show local governments across America how to focus on the satisfaction of their customers – the taxpayers!
